Catalina Capsule Usage Instructions

Package Content and Usage:
Each box contains 30 capsules. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule, taken 45 minutes before breakfast. After taking the capsule, drink 2 glasses of water (500 ml). Avoid eating or drinking anything for 45 minutes, then proceed with your breakfast.
