The tea is used once daily. It can be used twice daily if appetite suppression is insufficient. First-time users should use 1 spoon in hot water for the first 3 days. Those starting their second box can begin with 1.5 spoons daily.

Recommended Usage Time

It’s recommended to use the tea in early morning hours. After waking up, add the recommended amount of tea to 200ml of hot water at 60-70 degrees Celsius. Wait 7-10 minutes after adding, then drink slowly. It’s better to drink with the sediment at the bottom. If you cannot drink the sediment, brewing time should be 10-15 minutes.

Post-Consumption Guidelines

Nothing should be consumed for 30 minutes after drinking. Drink 300ml of water before breakfast. Breakfast should be eaten after drinking water. Dieting should be avoided. Normal meal times should be observed. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily, one glass (250ml) every 40 minutes.
